In addition, many educators still use one method in dealing with various problems of their students. Even though students have different heredity. In fact, in practice, many educators consider classroom learning to be a stage to show off their intelligence in front of students so that students only act as spectators. Indirectly, educators have created a monotonous environment that does not support student self-development. The purpose of this research is to find out the nature of heredity, environment, and human freedom in self-development and their relationship in Islamic education. This research includes qualitative research using library research methods. The results of this study state that heredity, environment, and human freedom are integral parts that cannot be separated in individual development. Heredity or intrinsic potential is a factor that needs to be developed through the encouragement of good environmental facilities. Then, human freedom supports each individual to act and think creatively through education. Therefore, through this research, the authors offer the concept of a democratic school which is the result of the relationship between heredity, the environment, and the freedom of each individual.
Muslihudin Abid Nurhuda Rumani Copyright (c) 2023 Muslihudin; Abid Nurhuda; Rumani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 21 2 47 66 10.30762/realita.v21i2.184 Nilai Religius dalam Tradisi Baritan di Desa Wates Kabupaten Blitar http://jurnallppm.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/realita/article/view/177
Indonesia, with its abundant wealth of traditions and cultures, stands out as a country renowned for its diverse cultural heritage. One unique tradition still firmly held by its people is Baritan. Baritan is a customary practice that continues to be observed by the residents of Desa Wates, located in the Wates sub-district of Blitar Regency. This tradition holds its uniqueness as it is usually conducted when the rainy season arrives, serving as a symbol of gratitude to God for the blessing of rain, which is crucial for agriculture and plant growth, and marking the beginning of a new planting season. The research method employed in this article is qualitative, allowing researchers to delve deeper into the cultural aspects and social meanings of the Baritan tradition. Despite Indonesia's rapid advancements in technology and modernization, particularly with the progress in science and technology (IPTEK), there remain challenges in preserving the sustainability of traditional customs such as Baritan. The younger generation, especially in Desa Wates, Blitar Regency, have not fully grasped and appreciated the religious values embedded in the Baritan tradition. Many of them participate in the tradition without understanding its deeper meanings and significance. Therefore, this study aims to delve deeper into the implementation stages of the Baritan tradition and the religious values contained within it. These religious values encompass aspects of belief (aqidah), Islamic law (syari'ah), and morality (akhlak), which form the main foundation in the implementation of the Baritan tradition.
Shova Afkaryna Bagus Wahyu Setyawan Copyright (c) 2023 Shova Afkaryna, Bagus Wahyu Setyawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-12-30 2023-12-30 21 2 67 78 10.30762/realita.v21i2.177 The Effect of Online Learning on Intrinsic and Extrinsic Learning Motivation During the Covid-19 Pandemic http://jurnallppm.iainkediri.ac.id/index.php/realita/article/view/172
This study aims to test three hypotheses: 1) The influence of online learning on intrinsic learning motivation, 2) The influence of online learning on extrinsic learning motivation, and 3) The influence of online learning on learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
